Born and raised in Texas, spending the majority of her life in the small
town of Snyder, Latisha has been singing since she was 13 years old.
Her style is comparable to no one and is a mixture of Pop and R&B. She
has the innate ability to imitate the vocal styling of some of the
greats. Her main musical influences are Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston
and Mary J. Blidge, which mold her voice into a unique essence.
Latisha writes all of her own songs, mostly about her life experiences
with love and loss. She is very shy, yet outspoken and realized she
could sing in Church and in her school choir. Because of her demeanor,
most of her peers do not know she can sing a note.
She doesn’t play clubs, yet, but she is determined to succeed in the
music business. She lives life to have fun and her voice will be heard.
She will be recording for JetSpeed Records in the near future. |
